The lack of bar and restaurant facilities was frustrating!!! A more straightforward check-in process and addressing the steep staircase concerns would go a long way in improving the experience. Timely response to communications is essential!!!

The hotel is beautifully presented with tasteful furnishings, and the spacious grounds are perfectly maintained. I particularly enjoyed how accessible it felt, allowing me to easily navigate the lovely areas around for a pleasant stroll.

More ramps for wheelchair accessibility would be helpful.

I had such a splendid stay where I loved the peaceful gardens and was pleasantly surprised by the first-class breakfast featuring an amazing hot buffet, which really set the perfect tone for my days of exploring nearby parks and the picturesque North Walsham and Dilham Canal.

What a lovely spot! We enjoyed some quality time relaxing on the sun terrace and taking in the beautiful garden views. It was a bit of a bummer that the restaurant wasn't open for a drink outside, but it didn't take away from our stay at all. 😊

Great food and comfy stay!

We had a fab time here! The staff were super friendly, especially this one lady who really made us feel at home. The view from our clean room was lovely. We enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor dining area. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but overall, it was nice and cozy.

Lovely stay, super cozy!

We had a one-night stay and the check-in was super easy. The room was really spacious and clean with a comfy bed. Loved the little tea and coffee setup! Only issue was the noise from the kitchen, but breakfast was a nice treat. Beautiful place, and they even had a dog setup for our pup. Really thoughtful!
